Observing your fellow WIC co-workers can feel a bit odd for both of you at first, but with some of the tools and tips we’ve discussed here, it can also be a rewarding experience. With time, observing one another gets easier and most Champions and staff find the experience to be rewarding. Doing the observation is only part of the puzzle, though. Our next topic looks at turning those observations into valuable feedback.
